PETER MIKHAIL

PRESIDENT & CEO

Peter began his career as a Clinical Pharmacist in cardiac intensive care and clinical trials at Johns Hopkins Health System. He continued his health system work with Geisinger Health System leading pharmacy services and enterprise procurement. He also led pharmacy services within the BlueCross BlueShield Association as a VP of Pharmacy Strategy and Services. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Master’s of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.

Peter’s interest outside of work includes spending time with his family, watching his children play youth sports, travel, and salt-water fishing.

ANISA MIKHAIL

EXECUTIVE VP, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

With over 25 years of experience, Anisa began her career as a Clinical Pharmacist with Johns Hopkins Health System after graduating from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She continued to expand upon her interest in clinical pharmacy and pharmacy operations while working for various health systems including Kaiser Permanente, Ascension St. Thomas, and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. In addition to clinical pharmacy and pharmacy operations, she also has gained experience in managed care, long-term care, and administration.

Outside of work, Anisa enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family.

RACHEL OFFENBURG

PRINCIPAL, GO TO MARKET STRATEGY

Rachel Offenburg has been operating as an independent consultant to global biotech and life science startups for the past 3 years, and has worked across multiple roles in the biotech space, spanning marketing to business development at companies ranging in size from large multinationals to startups for the past 12 years. Rachel has her Master in Business Administration, with a concentration in entrepreneurialism and finance, from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and a bachelor of science degree in Biology and Business from Emmanuel where she graduated with honors.

Tre Bittner

Chief Revenue Officer - Commercial Pharmacy Benefits Board Member

Tre Bittner has served the managed health care profession for 2+ decades, primarily in sales management roles, helping captive and non-captive agents do what they do but only better by increasing revenue through relationship-based selling. His approach to leadership and sales is both servant and consultative in style. He earned both the MHP (Managed Healthcare Professional) and the CHIE (Certified Health Insurance Executive) designations from America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) professional trade organization. Bittner is a graduate of Susquehanna University. He enjoys learning and helping others. He is eager to lend his support in expanding access to needed pharmaceuticals at a more affordable price.

JOHN HOFFMAN

PRINCIPAL, ADVOCACY AND POLICY

John spent 37 years with Johnson & Johnson where he held various Leadership roles in Finance, Marketing, Strategic Account Management, and Corporate Strategy. His driving passion as a leader throughout the past 20 years has been shepherding JJHCS’s Health Policy & Advocacy team towards fulfilling a mission to create a future world where disease is a thing of the past. John and his team have effectively shaped policies supporting patients’ continued access to life-saving therapies. Through this advocacy, John and his team have delivered numerous wins. John played a key leadership role in establishing Janssen’s commitment to and focused energy toward ensuring that addressing health disparities became ingrained in all Janssen’s business processes. His expertise has contributed to groundbreaking innovations and conversations, advancing patient care and access.

JESSICA RIGGLEMAN

Regulatory Services Consultant

Jessica is the Regulatory Lead for RxTalents. She has spent the last ten years in the pharmaceutical and medical device regulatory and clinical research industries and has worked closely with cross-functional teams to develop clinical evidence-generation strategies for global indication submissions. Jessica has supported and published research in robotics, orthopedics, trauma, biologics, transcranial magnetic stimulation, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. She is enthusiastic about the future of integrative healing models in the international healthcare system. Jessica received her graduate degree in Clinical Research Administration from the George Washington University and resides in the Greater Philadelphia area in the United States.

TAMMY ZECHMAN

OPERATIONS CONSULTANT

With 23 years of experience in the banking industry, Tammy began her career as a Teller. From there, she progressed to Mortgage Loan Processor and eventually Accounting Assistant. After taking some time off to raise her children, Tammy returned to the banking industry as a Mortgage Loan Assistant.

In her spare time, Tammy enjoys camping and spending time with her family.
